Shipping
It depends on where you are and the shipping method selected. Delivery details and tracking will be provided in your confirmation email.
All orders ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship.
No but we do plan to offer international shipping soon. Stay tuned!

Returns

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
To request a return authorization, your account page HERE and go through the steps. Once you submit your request, and we will review it within 48 business hours. If approved, a return label will be emailed to you and a $10.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow up to 5 business days of your return being received into our warehouse to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email update.
Yes! You are able to select the refund option for all full priced items when placing your return. When you select the return option you will see the options for store credit which is in the form of a digital gift card to use on our website or a refund to your original payment card.

- Go to checkout
- Look for the Store credit section
- Select Apply store credit
Orders
When you order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can also log into your account page HERE to check on order status.
Once an order has been placed through our website it cannot be changed or cancelled.
This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders, adding discount codes or cancelling your order.
If you believe you have received the incorrect item or an item with a fault, please contact our friendly team at hello@zizithelabel.com with an image of the garment showing the fault. Please include your order number in the subject and email.
